New to Real Estate: Searching For Helping

Hey y’all,

I’m 22 and seeking to dive into commercial real estate!

I am fairly incompetent in the business thus far (as I’m just stepping into this journey) and am eagerly wanting to dive into books, forums, or webinars.

If you guys have any suggestions, tips, or advice for a newbie, I’d be incredibly grateful!

Side note: I’m also living right outside LA, in Orange County if anyone is available to meet up for coffee or has any knowledge of a summer internship program in a commercial real estate firm!

Thank for considering & God Bless!

@Zac Luckey , I don't know a lot about commercial real estate but I'd suggest you read the following book " What Every Real Estate Investor Needs To Know About Cash Flow ... And 36 Other Key Financial Measures". It really breaks down all the different metrics you need to know whether it be residential or commercial real estate.

Also, if you go to https://www.biggerpockets.com/... you can see local meetups near you! Going to these events has helped me learn a lot about what local investors in my area do to be successful.

Best of luck!
