How to raise money (books)

Hey everyone,

I want to get into Multifamily real estate investing. I am analyzing deals. While I do my research I want to learn how others have raised money, how people structure these deals, and even how to properly present the opportunity to potential investors.

Are there any good books on the topic?

The Best Ever Apartment Syndication Book by @Joe Fairless is outstanding. Highly recommend it. @Vinney Chopra 's book is also excellent. Raising Private Capital: Build Your Real Estate Empire Using Other People's Money by Matt Faircloth is my final recommendation.
