Information on Comparable Properties
Hi Community,
I recently put my first commercial property under contract which I will close the end of next month. This is a retail property that used is currently occupied by fast food restaurant and I intent to rent it out as a different kind of restaurant. I am in the process of looking for comparable properties so I can get an idea of the average rents but it seems challenging at times. Do you have any recommendations on paid and free sources that you use to retrieve information when you are looking at comparable properties?
