    AJ Osborne's Storage Investing book, What every real estate investor needs to know about cash flow, Brian Hennessey's book on Commercial Due Diligence, and Joe Fairless's Apartment Syndication book are all tops. Only one is specifically about storage, though. Also be sure to check out @Michael Wagner's Storage Rebellion group.
