Another question on shortsale
I have an investment property that im currently loosing on. It is starting to become a burden to me. The realtor that im working with has told me the only way to sale it is by shortsale. I now have a tenant in the home and I was wondering if it can still be done with a tenant inside? Can anyone share their experience?

Agreed, but also if the investor on your loan pays a relocation incentive, it will go to the tenant, if they move, not you the owner.
