Good morning BP friends!

I was wondering if foreclosure auctions would be a good place to connect with realtors/investors. What do you think? I'm trying to think of niche places I could go to find and build investor relationships.

If they are live and in person yes it is not a bad place to meet investors. I do not believe you will meet realtors there though.
