Any recommendations for title company work with foreclosure DD & transactions?

My title company says they don't work with foreclosure properties. I don't know what does that mean. They don't sell title insurance for foreclosure properties or what does that mean. 

Anyway, any one knows any title company  who does title search and transactions for foreclosures?
