Question on Foreclosure Laws

Why is it okay to sell a foreclosure without being able to see the inside?

How come no one is standing up in the real estate community demanding changes in laws that support this type of fraud and dishonesty?

What is dishonest and fraudulent about someones right to privacy and not allowing people to trespass on their property?
