Foreclosure dillema and need advice

Hey BP! So I'm wondering if anyone knew about a possible resolution for my situation. I got a hard money/private loan a couple years ago but was never able to refinance out of it to a traditional 30 year and now the house is in the start of foreclosure. I decided to put it for sale before the fc but haven't had any offers in almost 2 months. Any possible solutions if it doesn't sell in the 3 months I have?

Have you talked to them about a short sale if it's underwater ?
