Bankruptcy property notifications on bigger pockets

Eli Fackler
Posted

Hello, I am signed up for notifications for bankruptcies, foreclosures ect on bigger pockets and when I get these I can see the street they are on and a Google Maps picture of the house. Although I do not have the pro membership I can just find the house on the street pretty easily bc of the small town I live in. Anyway I saw a bankruptcy today and I was wondering how I can make sure this is the correct house and make sure I have the right people. Is this stuff all public records and where can I find the people associated with said bankruptcy. Thank you for any info or suggestions!

Bankruptcy is public information, you can get an account at PACER where you can search bankruptcies by individual.
