Oregon foreclosure
Does anyone know what the minimum bid at sherif sales auctions are? Do I need to call the lawyer doing the foreclosure or the sheriff before the auction? If the property doesn't sell at auction is there anyway that I can buy the right of redemption and then redeem for the property? I'm in Oregon thanks in advance .
