Need a good short sale realtor
A seller has approached me about buying her house. She is three months behind on her mortgage. She borrowed a second loan against her house a few years back. Between both loans she owes more than the house is worth.
Can anyone recommend a good short sale realtor? I am in the Atlanta area.
