Contact Owner?
I am interested in a property that is up for Sheriff Sale. The Sheriff Sale is in June so there is still some time. Its been around for the past year so they seem to be trying to hold off. I recently acquired the owners email. Would it be wise to contact him and see if he wants to put the property for sale? What can I do to try and get the property?? I know the bank won't help me because they never give you any information.
