NJ is a tough market right now. Homes that need renovation and are priced right to flip barely last on the market.

I am looking to appeal taxes on a bank owned property I purchased in the end of October. I've heard its very hard to be successful when its a bank owned property. Anyone have advice or tips on a successful appeal in NJ? Thank you!

Get a certificate or letter or something confirming that the removal was completed on x date for this address, permits were gotten, inspections completed, and the whole process completed to DEP standards. When you sell, you'll have the certificate saying it's clear.
The town has the permit and the documents saying it was removed.
