This is gonna make me sound like a noob but...
Does anyone here have a lot of experience with online home auctions?
I'm looking for help bidding on houses at auction.com, it feels risky..
particularly the properties that say "Household Debt: $225,000"
Does that mean that the winner of the auction inherits $225,000 in debt?
