Ok so I been to a housing auction at the court before and I know after a certain amount of time if the owner does not pay his or her property tax it will go to court for being auction off to the highest bidder. My question is how much time does it take from pre foreclosure process in order to consider it being foreclose and reaching sheriff sales in Cleveland Ohio?
