Questions about HUD properties Brooklyn
Hello everyone! Can someone tell me what's the catch with HUD homes? I'm looking for properties in Brooklyn. I searched on google for HUD homes for sale in Brooklyn and there are many properties that are less than $100,000 which is shocking. I just want to know if those are the actual prices and if its possible to finance with those prices.
