Short sale and pre-foreclosure list

Hello Bigger Pockets family,

I am from Phoenix, AZ and I need your help guys. I am new to the business, but I don't

want to wonder any longer, I want to take an action. 

Does anyone knows,  how and where to get the list for Short Sales and Pre-foreclosures?
