My name is Adema, but my friends call me  Addie. I am originally from Bosnia. I have been in states for 16 years already. I am 51, raised two wonderful boys and finally I am free to do what ever I want.

I came to Tucson straight from Bosnia, and  been in AZ since. Moved to Phoenix 4 years ago.

For so long I wanted to invest in RE .Fix and flip is my passion. I want to learn along the way,  so I can pass knowledge on my kids and grandkids, and anyone who wants to learn.

Right now I am learning about wholesaling and getting ready to hit the road.

Any helpful tips in finding good deal would be greatly appreciated.

What do you think about "Deal Dog"? have anyone used it? What about direct mail?

Anyone have had any experience with HUD homes?
