Protests on the courthouse steps?

I was just looking on Flikr for some pictures to decorate a new blog post when I searched for "foreclosure auction".

If you follow the link, you'll see that it seems that recently, foreclosure auctions are also becoming protest sites for people losing their homes and other organizations.

Have any of you seen this at an auction you've been to? What does everyone thing about this type of thing?
