LOST FIRST FLIP OPPORTUNITY DUE TO FRAUD

hello all,

My first flip opportunity was a bank foreclosure listed at 54.9k the ARV for the property is at 160k-170k. Through legal documentation that was turned in by my realtor, I placed a bid at 90k. A couple weeks went by and I found out that the listing agent for the bank foreclosed property purchased the property at 72k disregarding my higher bid and others potentially.. I've also heard he has a track record of doing such actions, and being fired 4-5 times already.

I know that the house is already out of my hands but I'd like to take a form of action towards Justice.

what rights do I have?

what is the best plan of action?

can I be provided a form of compensation?

I've talked to my realtor and he also is greatly discouraged by this situation,. and is completely on board to take massive action. what can we do?

thank you so much in advance..

I've been greatly discouraged over the course of recent events.. but i know the REI / Bigger Pockets community is full of amazing people and I'm so thankful and proud of that..

thank you

Price is not the only consideration in an offer. Was your offer all cash with no contingencies?
