I just got the following email from some real estate agent out of the blue today. They sure are pumping out some real winners, aren't they?

While I didn't respond (it wouldn't have been pretty), I thought this could set an example to people of how low the bar has been set.

I hope she is waiting by the phone for those asset managers to call . . . . . chirp :roll:
