Wholesaling: California Pre-Foreclousure Laws

Hi BP,

It was recommended by Jay Hinrichs to learn pre-foreclosures laws if i am going to be a newb trying to wholesale these. This is a topic where I dont really know where to start. Do you have any general information on wholesaling these type of properties? If you think I shouldnt mess with these while still a newb then what type of list do you suggest I target?
