New Colorado Anti Flip Law
Has anyone seen this? New law that requires disclosures to A side bank, seller, and b side buyer and b side lender.

Link has been replaced with a link to actual bill. The bill requires the disclosures if the resale occurs in under 14 days. I've had e-mails from some local lenders upping their transactional loans to 14 days to avoid the restrictions of the bill.
