Best Bandit Signs for Short Sales

Looking to order some more signs. Just wanted to get some feedback from anyone who is drawing Short Sale or Forclosure leads to see what's working for them.

I'm thinking of something to the effect of:

Avoid Forclosure
Debt Relief
xxx-xxx-xxxx

Behind on Payments?
Stop Forclosure!
xxx-xxx-xxxx

Any other thoughts/suggestions would be super helpful. Thanks.

My strategy is to prequal over the phone if they are a good investor lead, if not then I will list the SS myself.
