Best way to find preflosures and foreclosures
Looking for the best sites to find inventory of foreclosures and pre-foreclosures. Or even a solid strategy on how to locate these properties via local towns or municipalities. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

@Anthony Caiafa also there is a guy @Sean OTool that have seen around BP who owns a company called property radar and I think they do foreclosures as well!
