What happens when NOT all parties are notified re: foreclosure

So, I'm interested in a property and had my title attorney check title. His paralegal just emailed me as he is off for a week.

The biggest thing I see is not all parties were notified regarding the foreclosure. Has anyone run into this?

Does this property go back up for foreclosure again? How does this get rectified?
