@Ron S. Ron the last one we did, was Chase serviced. Bank wanted $180,000 for the property, but took $110,000 because that's what the court said it was worth. It was a fight, but my impression was because the trustee was settling for $110,000 Chase took it. The listing agent did the valuation, and the court accepted it. Maybe that's not the case for all of them but it certainly worked in the buyer's favor.
