If a house is scheduled for foreclosure auction can I talk to the house owner for a subject to deal and if I can do this, by doing that can I cancel the auction? Thank you.

@Itteahad Zihan You can ask the homeowner to request a forbearance or a loan modification if you are just looking to delay the foreclosure long enough to close on your sub2 deal. I would never suggest bankruptcy as a first option, sellers credit takes a major hit. There are other ways that are just as effective and not detrimental to sellers credit.
