HAND WRITTEN LETTERS

Hello BP Community,

I have recently purchased leads from listsource of pre-foreclosures with equity greater than 200K within my home county in New York since I would assume it would lead me to more distressed individuals since they would not want to lose all of the equity already put into the house.  My plan is to hand write my letters in order to save some money on marketing. I have the yellow note pad, envelopes and stamps ready, I am just hesitant with what to write in the actual letter.

Please help! I have found a few samples online, but some are very distinct than others.

BTW my plan is to wholesale the contract to a rehabber or to a rental investor who is able to pay cash for the contract.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Best regards,

Jesus Garcia
