Where can I find a list of properties that were/are up for tax sale?

Hi all. Anyone know where I can find such a list in digital format (.pdf, , xls etc.).

I thought there was a site with such info.

As Steve Babiak said you can check county websites as they often have info online.

Steve Babiak - the municipalities here, particularly the one whose list I want are VERY uncooperative. I will see if they have an xls or pdf file although I think they're going to point me write to the local paper which doesn't post the list in their online version.  However the municipalities are all regulated by the NJ Assoc. of County Tax Boards so I will try them on Monday. Thanks.

Ankit Duggal - Thanks for the resource. However it looks like they only carry a few of the municipalities and not the one I'm looking for (Newark, Elizabeth).  Is there another resource you use or know about?

Ibrahim S, you are in NJ, and if you are looking for such in NJ, I've been told that each municipality in NJ has their own such list.  Might not be any list provider getting all of those together.

Just track down the ones where you are truly interested in buying; since you are in northern NJ, you probably won't be looking for Cape May, NJ (Lower Township) for example.

I buy mine in Pima County from the Treasurer, it's $50, they have pdf format & xls, which I convert into Microsoft Access.
