Off market for closure

Hi guys I need some help. So I saw a property on Zillow it’s pre foreclosure but it’s not on mls. I am looking for a house and been in the market. We are qualified by a lender, question is how to go about preforclosure properties, is there a way to find the phone number of the owner or how can I find the owners address. I am First time buyer. Thanks
