Well the feds already said half point in May and half point in June. Who knows beyond that, but it’s definitely not going down anytime soon!

It is becoming more and more of the haves and have nots, which means Renter Nation is alice and well. The rents will most likely even out or even increase a little more this year before that happens. I see more and more protests and ranting from tenant groups fighting for emergency positions to stop rent increases or altogether want rent control. Not sure either will go anywhere, but the squeaky wheel often gets the most attention. 
Maas landlords, we should all pay attention to the ejected officials and make sure your voice is heard by voting!
