Hey there!!!

Newbie here, Im seeing a lot of properties being listed as "Curb Offers Only". Im assuming this is due to not wanting to disturb the tenants in place. Whats your thoughts on "Curb Offers Only"?

It’s like bidding on a foreclosure property since you do not get interior access.

so I would bid accordingly.

Another option is if you are local to deliver pizza to the residence and when they answer and at they didn’t order pizza say must have wrong address but at least you get a sneak peak of interior
