Looking to get into Multi-Family

Hey, I'm an 18 year old who wants to get into real estate (Multi-Family specifically), I want to have my own duplex or so by age 19. I'm willing to do whatever it takes and I have a full time job in the I.T. field. I am in the Dallas area!
