Best program/class to learn multi family investing syndication

what are good classes to learn multifamily investing and syndication?

I am thinking of doing Michael blanks 3 k dollar crash course of multi family syndication. It would seem to be very beneficial. I also really like the deal analyzer it comes with as well. I would rather buy someone else’s spreadsheet to start working with. 

are there other classwa anyone would suggest? Has anyone taken this and really benefited?

are there better estimating softwares for multifamily?

I have already raised money and should close on a deal by March. But I think it would be nice to have class to learn more.

Congrats on the deal you will be closing in March!! 

A great class that we have attended that has been really helpful for us is the Deal Analysis workshop put on by Think Multifamily in Dallas, TX.  The deal analyzer created by Mark Kenney of Think Multifamily is top notch, very comprehensive and detailed.  I'd personally say it's the best analyzer you'll find.  The 2-day workshop will deep dive into how to use the analyzer and underwrite large apartments.

Think Multifamily does also offer a coaching/mentorship program.  My husband and I have been a part of the Family Syndication Group for several years and it has really helped our syndication business! 

We live in Oregon, but travel regularly to Dallas for events in the group.  I'd be happy to discuss more in detail with you about our experience in the group.
