Any tips for branding and networking to raise money I want to build a syndication business.  Im only 23 I don't really have a "mentor" or know anyone actually doing what I'm trying to do. Where are some places I can actually build connections with people

Hey Dalton, I think it is important to try to find a mentor who is doing what you want to do. Try to attend your local REI networking groups and meetups. You can usually find these by using the social media. Connect with as many real estate mentors as you can. You can also consult with lenders, brokers and ask them for suggestions on who might be a good real estate mentor most will be able to provide one.
