@Syed Ahmed thanks I've been trying to network more with buyers outside my pipline to do as such. 

Have been in wholesalefor about three years now is going well but I'm looking to slowly dip my toes into multifamily we get those deals, but I don't really know a way to work my way into the deal without putting up large amounts of capital any advice?
