Analyzing a small apartment building

Hey all, I’m new to the investing world and have just one duplex under my belt. I’ve been looking at properties here in my area ( El Paso, TX) and came across a 9 unit apartment in the downtown area and it sorta peaked my interest. Just having a hard time on how to analyze it and run numbers since it’s a commercial property. I’d love some insight on how to run numbers on something that’s more than 4 units and how to gauge what the said property may actually be worth. Any  information will be truly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Learning to value an apartment complex is not something you can explain in a forum post.  There are entire books on the subject.
