Duplex in West Little river

Hello everyone,

I currently own a Duplex in the west little river area. Just on 79th and I95. I have a large offer currently and am debating on If i should sell or Hold. It is currently is fully rented and i am cash flowing over 1000 a month.

My question is. Does anyone know of any future developments happening in this area or any knowledge on the the area that would push me in a  either direction?

Please and thank you.

I am familiar with the area and I would continue to hold it unless you have a big offer AND you have a better investment to put it into. I would generally lean towards holding it as that area is gentrifying quickly.
