6 unit Multi-family in Vallejo, Ca
Hello, I'm looking for advice on how to find buyers for an OFF-Market 6 unit multi-family building in Vallejo, Ca. I've assignment alot of agreements for single-family flips or rentals but never for a commercial property. Any tips would be appreciated.
