Hello, I'm looking for advice on how to find buyers for an OFF-Market 6 unit multi-family building in Vallejo, Ca. I've assignment alot of agreements for single-family flips or rentals but never for a commercial property. Any tips would be appreciated. The price would be $1,150,000 with rents just over $8,000 a month and room to be raised. PM me for my email!
