Looking to purchase my first multifamily property. What criteria should I consider for multiple family property inspection?

I ask them to inspect the major systems only. Electrical, plumbing, hvac. Roof if they do that. Foundation. Building structural.  I don't pay them to take all the notes and pictures of every cabinet missing a knob, scratches on walls, etc.  I take notes of all of those items in my thorough walk through when purchasing and before scheduling the inspection.
