Best Virtual Assistant Platform ?

Greetings !

Looking for a virtual assistant to help with some messaging tasks, bookkeeping type work, and some reporting. Anybody have a platform they like to use to find this type of help ?

@Jaryn Pierson -  Aloha Jaryn,  I own a Software Development Company as well as a Real Estate Brokerage and Investment Company.   I've got a growing team of Hybrid VA'S (they do more than the typical VA) from the Philippines that I have cherry picked over the past several years.  I've created a VA POD so that I can easily scale from 1 to many with a pool of Top Gun VA's - call center, set appointments, cold call, project coordination, social media, SOP development,  etc.  The key is constant knowledge transfer and training so that you don't have all the domain knowledge in one person.  They have does big things like help the State of Hawaii during COVID as well as the recent Maui Wild Fires.  They also help me on the Real Estate side with cold calling, appointment setting, tech support, creating SOP's and How-To's.  Please DM me and I can walk you through what we have.. SupportShepherd - i have heard good things about their vetting process though i've never used them. I've used a VA in the Philippines through Upwork.

Pros of Philippine VA

+English is usually great

+Super friendly personalities

+hard working and dedicated

I would be cautious about upwork. If you post a job, the first respondents are usually ones using an AI tool to respond to your posting and they are using a scattershot approach hoping to find someone who will take the bait.

If you are looking for something overseas on a budget check out onlinejobs.ph is a popular one for VAs if you are looking to interview/hire a VA yourself. There are agencies that upcharge - I have had success with myoutdesk.

I recommend keeping bookkeeping in the States. Real estate tends to be balance sheet heavy and you want a bookkeeping company that specializes in real estate.

Upwork and onlinejobs.ph are great platforms to get virtual assistants. If you need them to do messaging or calling, I recommend folks from Mexico and Latin America, they have the best English and hustle culture. I run a call center for Real Estate, hit me up if you want more info.
