Show me the math! Looking for an example or case study

I am looking for a case study or resource that has various examples of investing from 1 deal in MF to an establised portfolio..

I simply want an illustration of the capital that was compounded over time to the point of creating wealth and spendable income for the owner.

I want broccoli that tastes like chocolate cream pie.

That isn't the kind of thing you will find here. Case studies are expensive to produce and don't really have an audience. You might try a university that has a real estate department. But, stick around, there is a lot to learn anyway.

The only actual life experience I've heard of is Del Walmsey out of Houston and he charges something like $20,000 to join. Or mayby Ken Mccelroy. Both have podcasts and/or youtube. Be prepared to spend some money though.
