I’m interested in starting to look for deals off-market. I’m familiar with a few companies that do these types of mailings for investors. However, my target market is somewhat limited and I anticipate only needing about 100 mailers at a time.

I’ve got two questions.

1. Can you recommend anyone who will help with small batch mailings?

2. Is there a company that you can recommend that can search existing data to find the information for multi families?

I know there’s ways to look for out of state owners and delinquent taxes and a few other subsets. I’m just not sure if someone who can look for #2 exists.
