Down Payment Partners

Hello Community,

Need some advise on how to go about finding partners/investors for multi family acquisitions in Ohio. I am working a few good deals that require some sort of investor partners or JV partners to fund the down payments.

Any advise and/or suggestion will be appreciated.

 What value are you bringing to the partnership? You need one of the following three: time, experience, or money. Then you get a partner for one of the remaining two.
