Closed on a 113-unit Multifamily Deal!
Just joined this platform and figured I'd share a win.
We recently closed on Thorn Manor Apartments, a 113 units in South Dallas, and I'm on the GP side.
I've always believed real estate was the way to build long-term wealth, but I never thought I'd actually be a general partner on a deal like this.
Still feels a little surreal.
It came down to consistently showing up and surrounding myself with the right people.
