Tax Record States SFH and There are actually 3 units
Trying to buy a triplex all with separate utilities for 40+ years. Was trying for owner occupied with 2 rentals going FHA then conventional with 3 units. Both different appraisers refused the appraisal order stating only one ADU allowed not two??? Need help and suggestions on how to jump through this hurdle. Home configuration is 3 bed/1 bath main floor, 2 bed/ 1 bath second floor, 1 bed/1 bath carriage unit over 2 car garage.
