Multi-Family property in DFW

I'm just getting started on REI and have one SFR under my belt. I'm looking to jump in to five-plexes and small apartments. Please chime in with strategies of locating these and obtaining comparable rent amounts. I'm not really sure where to begin. Thanks everyone
